Kessaku in Downtown, Dallas keeps the kitchen open until 12 AM on Fri and Sat.

Sushi and Japanese cocktail lounge on the 50th floor of The National downtown, reached through Monarch on the 49th floor, with skyline views all around. The menu includes mizazaki nigiri with wagyu, salmon and caviar, a hamachi jalapeño roll and a yuzu scallop roll, plus a long sake and Japanese whisky list. Open until 11 PM midweek and midnight Friday and Saturday; reservations are required and valet is available.
